You will undergo a 12-month training programme, delivered by the dedicated in-house training team. This consists of classroom sessions, networking events, shadowing, and learning on the job. The Role
- Winning new clients through business development
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients through regular meetings
- Headhunting top talent through networking sites
- Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for your clients

- Ensuring you are consulting your network accurately based on market trends and conditions
- Negotiating contracts on behalf of your candidates
- Building up an online brand
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated OR 6+ months experience working in a sales role
- High level of emotional intelligence and commercial awareness
