The Incentives:
- Trainee Recruitment Consultant £27k base with an increase to £32k once promoted to consultant
- Promotion is target based and usually hit within 6 months
- 40% commission structure with no threshold
- OTE year 1: £50k+; year 2: £70k+; year 3: £90k+
- Work from home offered 1-2 days a week depending on whether hitting targets

The Role:
As this is a sales-based role, you will be selling your expertise and advice to both client and candidate, proving and convincing to them that you are one to work with. Acting as the middleman between client and candidate, you will guide the candidate through the interview process, communicating with the client throughout as well. You will be sourcing your client and candidate through headhunting, advertising, networking and using the database of CVs. You'll be negotiating deals with the client, organizing the terms such as the commission structure. You will be trusted to source and screen the best candidates that are suited for the role and client, listening to both individuals to understand their non-negotiables.

- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
