This company is a well-known recruitment firm in the tech space, specifically focusing on AI, Cloud and Software Development in the US markets. The US is an incredibly profitable space due to the salaries being higher than the UK, so the earning potential is maximized with your commission structure of 40% with no threshold. You will be trained by the best in the business to teach you about the market and also how to talk to tech professionals and guide them with their hiring and interview processes.

The Incentives:

  • £28k base salary with an increase to £32.5k once promoted
  • 40% commission structure with no threshold
  • One on one training from the directors of the business
  • WFH 1 day a week once promoted
  • Average promotion within 5 months of being with the business
  • Global presence: offices in London, Cardiff, Frankfurt and Austin
  • Holiday incentives: 2x a year Ski trip and Barbados

The Job Role:

  • Understanding and mapping the market and advising the clients on hiring
  • Doing your own business development and finding clients to negotiate deals with
  • Acknowledging what the client is looking for in an employee whether that's personality, qualifications or education
  • Sourcing that candidate through cold calling, headhunting and advertising
  • Screen the candidates via Video calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Taking them through the interview process and guiding them how to succeed and get them an offer
  • Make a successful placement and receive your commission!

The Perfect Profile for this Role:

  • Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from a top 50 university
  • Sales experience - either B2B, client facing, tele sales or door to door
  • Competitive sports background
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Chatty and approachable

  • Financially motivated to work towards targets
