The Incentives:
- £28k base salary with an increase to £30k once promoted to consultant.
- OTE in year 1 of £45k!
- 40% commission structure with no threshold to maximise your earnings.
- Average promotion target by 5-6 months; promoted once completing a certain amount of deals.
- Work from home 1-2 days a week once promoted.
- Office based in central London.
- 2x holiday incentives a year: Marbella and the Alps.

- 360 recruitment - end to end.
- This involves undergoing your own business development and sourcing your own clients.

- Screening them and setting up interviews for them.
- Negotiate their offer and contract.
