The Client: This company is the leading recruitment firm in the commodity trading space. They place unique sales and trading professionals into their ideal roles. As they are some of the most entrusted specialists in their industry, they bill fees as high as 100k, and with their 50% no threshold commission, you could earn some huge figures in your first few years in the company. Our client is looking to expand their team and teach them how to be as successful as their top billers.

The Role:

  • Negotiate deals and contracts with clients
  • Understand the market and the ideal candidate they want
  • Source that candidate through headhunting, advertising, networking using social media platforms and cold calling
  • Organising interviews and being the middleman in between client and candidate
  • Finalising the deal and build a long-lasting relationship with both candidate and client

The Benefits:

  • £27.5k base with a raise to £30k once promoted
  • 50% commission structure with no threshold
  • Year 1 OTE of £50k
  • Work from home 1 day a week when promoted to consultant
