The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building a relationship with the client and listening to what their ideal candidate would be
- Negotiate the contract and commission structure you will be working with
- Source the candidate by cold calling, headhunting, advertising and networking
- Guiding the candidate through the interview process, organising all their meetings
- Give advice on what to say/not to say in an interview
- Receive an offer for your candidate and make a placement!
