The Role:

- Screening Candidates: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the client's company.
- Job Matching: Match suitable candidates with job opportunities based on qualifications, experience, and client requirements.
- Negotiating Offers: Facilitate salary negotiations and terms of employment between clients and candidates.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pool availability.
- Consultation: Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates regarding market conditions, hiring trends, and career development.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle contracts, job postings, feedback collection, and database management.
- Candidate Support: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, offering resume advice, interview tips, and career guidance.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
