TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
My client is looking for 3 fresh grads who are confident, charismatic and driven. They're expanding their Contract desk in the Tech space – this is a very fast paced and buoyant market where a lot of money can be made. With classroom and hands-on training, you will be taught by the Managing Director and Top Billers so that you learn from the best and become as successful as possible. Focusing on markets within AI and Cloud, you will be an entrusted specialist within this niche industry, building relationships with the professionals within Tech.
The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £27.5k base salary with an increase to £30k after 6 months once promoted
- 35% commission structure with no threshold
- OTE in year 1 – £45k+; year 2 – £70k+; year 3 – £90k+
