Executive Search Associate As an
Executive Search Associate , youll be involved in high-profile assignments from day one. You wont simply be sourcing CVs or working from a database. Youll be researching markets, speaking with senior candidates, understanding businesses and helping identify the individuals who could shape the future of major organisations. Youll also have the opportunity to
attend client meetings and work alongside experienced consultants , giving you exposure to senior decision-makers much earlier in your career than you would typically receive in a graduate role. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting senior consultants on
Executive Search and leadership assignments Conducting detailed
market mapping and candidate research Building an understanding of industries, businesses and senior leadership teams Identifying and engaging with high-calibre candidates Speaking with senior professionals and developing your communication skills Attending
client meetings and candidate interviews Tracking market movements, including
