My client is currently looking for experienced Senior Legal Recruiters to join their team and help, alongside management, to win mandates, drive client relations and progress the business. If you are an experienced recruitment consultant or Senior Legal Recruiter and your company is not satisfying your desired growth or career progression, or simply is not remunerating you in a competitive way – then this could be the perfect role for you.

The company offers an incredible commission structure stretching up to 55% depending on billings, podium dinners every month with Michelin star restaurants, and a 10-year anniversary dinner at the Shard recently. It provides a more mature environment and colleagues whilst still being social, creating a family feel to the company. There are team training incentives, including a trip to Snowden in June, and plenty of autonomy and chance to build out your own brand.

Commission opportunities include 30% at £250k, increasing 5% with every £100k up to £750k at 55%. This is not a KPI driven environment, but more focused on relationship building and maintenance.

The team you would be joining is currently a boutique firm with a head count of 8+ and plans to expand. You will work with Top 20 law firms, focusing on silver circle and some magic circle clients. The work would predominantly be retained with the opportunity to work on some temps. A team of researchers will support you and resource candidates for roles that are won, with a large focus on being the advisory side but also focused on Search and Select and Due Diligence.

Although you would be joining the team as a Senior Legal Recruiter, your role would be more focused on Business Development, Client relations and winning mandates. There is a base salary of between £40-65k, however this is heavily dependent on experience and could stretch quite a lot higher for the correct Senior Legal Recruiter.
