Our client is a boutique Private Equity Executive Search firm with a proven track record delivering across Asset Managers and Hedge Funds, delivering Analysts up to Partner level.

The Offering:

  • £45k – £70K basic salary + take home 50% of your billings
  • Work alongside million-pound billers
  • Exposure to top tier Hedge Funds and Asset Managers
  • No KPI’s or micromanagement

Expectations:

  • Shadow client pitches and eventually originate retained and exclusive searches yourself
  • Collaborate with your team closely on projects
  • Map the market within the PE space and become an expert in the space
  • Liaise with clients to update them on market conditions and candidate progress
  • Deliver on mandates

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2.5+ years in Technology + Finance Recruitment with a proven track record of billings
  • An interest in the Private Equity space
  • Ideally had experience bringing on new business
  • Extremely motivated and switched on
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
