The Offering – Senior Finance Recruiter

• £45k – £70K basic salary + take home 50% of your billings
• Work alongside million-pound billers
• Exposure to top tier Hedge Funds and Asset Managers
• No KPI’s or micromanagement
• Access to Private Health Care
• Team incentive trips (California, Las Vegas, Morzine)
• Flexibility with WFH and hours

Expectations – Senior Finance Recruiter

• Shadow client pitches and eventually originate retained and exclusive searches yourself
• Collaborate with your team closely on projects
• Map the market within the PE space and become an expert in the space
• Liaise will clients to update them on market conditions and candidate progress
• Deliver on mandates

The Ideal Candidate – Senior Finance Recruiter

• 2.5+ years in Technology + Finance Recruitment with a proven track record of billings
• An interest in the Private Equity space
• Ideally had experience bringing on new business
• Extremely motivated and switched on
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
