The Role:
- You will be joining a hot desk, where all of the BD and client-side is already managed for you.
- This role is purely delivery, so the main focus is sourcing candidates, and building and maintaining relationships with your passive map.
- Deal cycles are longer here than most, so someone who is capable of building a long-term relationship is vital.
The Perfect Employee:
- Someone with roughly a year of experience within Hedge funds, PE, buy-side finance
- Proven biller. The actual number doesn’t matter, but they want someone who has evidence of being one of the top billers within the company.
- This market will occasionally require taking a call outside of normal working hours
- Confident and mature enough to work with senior candidates.
- If your experience doesn’t lie within PE/Hedge funds, they want to see knowledge and interest around the market.
This role is negotiable on the base, but they have guaranteed to beat any candidate’s current package should it come to offer. They also pay an annual discretionary bonus.
