THE ROLE TRAINEE RECRUITMENT COSULTANT
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to build a successful desk within the legal recruitment market.
You'll be responsible for:
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Identifying and engaging high-calibre legal professionals
Developing new business opportunities
Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Becoming a trusted market specialist
