Consultants in their first year are taking home £50k, as they are working the US market where the fees are double the size of the UK. They provide excellent training for their new employees, with both classroom and hands-on training from the founders.

- Holiday incentives for the whole team 2x a year – this year they’re going to Ibiza and Val do Lobo.
- Base salary of £30k + 40% commission structure.
- OTE of £50k year 1; and £75k by year 2.
- Work from home is offered to consultants once they have proved they’re consistent billers.
