We are looking for someone with strong sales experience who is looking to move into recruitment. The commission is better, the roles are bigger, and the firm is more specialist. With average fees of 60k, you will be taking home a minimum of 90k by Year 2.

The Benefits:

The Job Role:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels, including databases, social media, networking events, and job boards, to identify and attract top-tier sporty candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and suitability for different sports-related roles.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organisations, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and sports business developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Matchmaking: Identify the perfect fit between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and long-lasting placement for both parties.

The Perfect Profile:

  • Strong sales experience (B2B/B2C); working with KPIs; cold calling; lead generation
  • Ideally good academics: A Levels and a 2:1 degree
  • Financially motivated
