My client is currently looking for experienced Principal recruiters to join their team and help, alongside management, to build up and help run their sector specific recruitment desks, delivering professionals across Tech, Finance and Accountancy, Financial Services, Property and Legal.

If you are an experienced Principal recruitment consultant or senior and your company is not satisfying your desired growth or career progression, or simply is not remunerating you in a competitive way – then this could be the perfect role for you.

The company:

  • More mature environment and colleagues – average age is 34.
  • Plenty of autonomy and chance to build out your own brand.
  • Incredible commission opportunities (bill £250k and earn £100k).
  • Not a KPI driven environment, more focused on relationship building and maintenance.
  • There is a base salary of between £40-65k depending on level of entry and experience.
  • Commission structure of up to 40% uncapped.

The Team you would be joining:

  • Currently at a head count of 250+ with plans to expand further.
  • Work with both the UK and US market (both east and west coast).
  • A split of work between permanent, interim and temporary.
  • Top biller delivering £1 million a year in fees.
  • A vast array of sectors worked upon – diversity within role and delivering into a range of businesses from new SMEs to global blue chips.
  • Although you would be joining the team as a Principal Recruiter, you would be surrounded by already experienced recruitment consultants. Therefore, your role would be more focused on billing, as the need for L&D won’t be essential due to the existing experience of the team.
