The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Build and manage relationships from day one, with start-ups, scale-ups, key decision-makers and businesses across leading financial markets
Speak with high-calibre and leading professionals about their careers
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
Understanding client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Source and engage top-tier talent and candidates across multiple search channels
Act as the primary liaison between candidates and clients throughout the whole recruitment process
Provide engaging interview preparation, feedback, and offer negotiation support and guidance
Drive new business through pitching to high-growth tech and cybersecurity companies
Consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets through placements, revenue and growth
Further developing your own specialist market and personal brand
