What the Role Entails:
- Business development through networking and headhunting new clients
- Negotiating deal sizes and commission structures with them
- Source the candidate that they are looking for through social media platforms, cold calling, and networking
- Take them through the interview process and give them advice throughout
- Make a placement and get your commission!

- Degree educated from a Russell Group university with a 2:1 or above
- Sports background played at a high level
- Financially driven, motivated by targets and commission
