I am exclusively partnered with a fast-growing technology recruitment consultancy currently in an exciting growth phase. With a team of 15 and ambitious expansion plans, they are looking to hire three Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join as trainees.

You will receive hands-on, one-to-one training directly from the Directors, both of whom are £1.2 million billers. The business has an outstanding track record: their last two graduate hires exceeded targets, earned promotions within 6–8 months, and are on track to earn £45,000+ in their first year. If you are ambitious and driven to build a high-performing career, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will specialise in the technology market, working with high-calibre tech professionals and leading UK-based clients, including well-known brands such as HelloFresh and Rightmove. From day one, you will be immersed in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment where you will develop strong commercial and communication skills.
