Founded by 2 best friends 3 years ago, they have grown their team from 5 to 25 and are looking to hire 6 more for a March start. They value hard work, ambition and positive energy. Consultants in their first year are taking home £50k, as they are working the US market where the fees are double the size of the UK. They provide excellent training for their new employees, with both classroom and hands-on training from the founders.

The Fun Parts:

  • Holiday incentives for the whole team 2x a year - this year they’re going to Ibiza and Val do Lobo
  • Socials most weeks - work drinks, lunch clubs, Ascot, Winter Wonderland, cooking classes
  • Base salary of £30k + 40% commission structure
  • Base salary £28k OTE of £50k year 1; and £75k by year 2
  • Work from home offered to consultants once they have proved they’re consistent billers
