The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Become a specialist in the UK & US FinTech market, building relationships with top-tier clients and candidates
Advise clients on talent strategy and consult on high-value placements
Source, attract, and engage brilliant talent for your clients
Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to preparing candidates for interviews to closing deals
Negotiate high-value placements and earn commission from day one

£28K base salary + uncapped commission
Realistic on-track earnings:
Year 1: £45k+
Year 2: £45k£60k+
Year 3: £60k£100k+
