TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As this is a sales-based role, you will be selling your expertise and advice to both client and candidate, proving and convincing to them that you are one to work with
Acting as the middleman between client and candidate, you will guide the candidate through the interview process, communicating with the client throughout as well
You will be sourcing your client and candidate through headhunting, advertising, networking and using the database of CVs
You'll be negotiating deals with the client, organizing the terms such as the commission structure
You will be trusted to source and screen the best candidates that are suited for the role and client, listening to both individuals to understand their non-negotiables
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£28k base salary with an increase to £30k within 6 months
Base salary + 45% commission structure
OTE in year 1 of £55k
WFH 1-2 days a week
26 days paid holiday + 1 week off at Christmas
Quarterly socials with the team – Boat trips, Ascot, Michelin Star restaurants
Office in the City Centre of London

Holiday incentive to Marbella in October

Early finish Fridays – home at 2pm
