The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates across the sustainability and cleantech sectors.
  • Source, identify, and engage high-calibre professionals using Linked In Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to offer management.
  • Develop specialist market knowledge across Clean Energy, Carbon, ESG, Future Mobility, and Climate Technology.
  • Advise clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and talent market insights.
  • Collaborate with experienced consultants to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Requirements

Fluent German and English language skills are essential (spoken and written).

  • Degree educated (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Resilient, ambitious, and eager to build a successful career in recruitment.
  • Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, climate technology, or the energy transition.
  • Previous sales, customer service, business development, or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
