- Screen candidate applications and qualify them for specific roles
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other outlet sources
- Build relationships with clients and candidates, understand their needs and deliver on them
- Identify future hiring needs and retain current talent
- Promote the business through example as a service for clients and candidates to use for their hiring needs
- Be an ambassador for them in the market!
