The Package:
- £27.5k base salary

Your Role:
- Source and attract high-calibre candidates through in-depth market research
- Build and manage relationships with premium FinTech clients
- Run your own desk with full ownership of clients and candidates
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end
- Lead salary and contract negotiations to close high-value deals
