Our client is looking to expand their team and teach them how to be as successful as their top billers.

The Role

  • Negotiate deals and contracts with clients
  • Understand the market and the ideal candidate they want
  • Source that candidate through headhunting, advertising, networking using LinkedIn and cold calling
  • Organising interviews and being the middleman between client and candidate
  • Finalising the deal and building a long-lasting relationship with both candidate and client
