Our extensive training programme and 3-year rotational scheme for all entry-level individuals allow you to gain exposure to the Consumer, Real Asset, Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, Industrial/Services, and Leadership Advisory sectors. - £36k base salary with discretionary bonus (Typically between £6k-£8k in year 1)

The Role
- Market Research - Analyse trends, target industries, and competitor activity to provide clients with strategic insights.
- Market Mapping - Conducting detailed research to identify industry landscapes, key players, organisational structures and potential talent pools.
- Candidate Sourcing - Using databases, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and connect top-tier talent.
- Client Reporting - Present detailed market maps, candidate profiles, and regular updates on search processes to clients.
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated from a top university with a 2:1 or above
- Commercial experience highly desirable - part-time work, internships, placement years etc
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
- Ambitious with a strong desire to build a long, successful career
