What Will You Be Doing?
Youll be involved in some of the most interesting parts of executive search, working closely with senior consultants and learning how high-level searches are delivered.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Market Mapping Research industries and identify the key players and talent within them
- Research & Analysis Conduct detailed market and competitor research to uncover insights
- Candidate Engagement Build relationships with senior professionals and understand their career goals
- Client Interaction Join client meetings, provide market updates and help deliver search projects
- Industry Expertise Develop deep knowledge of the investment banking and financial services market
- Business Development Support senior consultants with developing new opportunities and growing client relationships
- International Networking Build relationships with professionals and businesses across global markets
