The Role:
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will:
- Attend client briefings with senior stakeholders
- Understand business strategy, culture, and hiring needs
- Conduct market mapping and headhunting via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Build and engage a network of high-calibre C-suite candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Produce market insights and detailed client reports
- Deliver a premium, consultative service to both clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For – Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated (2:1 or above)
- Strong commercial awareness and interest in financial markets
- Ambitious, driven, and career-focused
- Excellent communication skills – confident with senior stakeholders
- Experience in a client-facing, sales, or customer-focused role (preferred)
