We\’re partnering exclusively with a boutique executive search firm looking to expand from 10 to 13 consultants. You\’ll be joining a high‐performing team that generates over £1 million in revenue per consultant annually.

The Role : Executive Search Consultant As a consultant, you will become an expert in your market, supporting clients and sourcing top talent in the Investment Banking & Hedge Funds space.
Responsibilities Industry Research: Identify key trends and developments to inform client strategy.
Market Mapping: Analyse organisations and identify talent pools across the sector.
Candidate Sourcing: Use platforms, databases, and outreach to engage high‐calibre professionals.
Client Communication: Deliver insightful reports, candidate profiles, and regular updates throughout the hiring process.
What We are Looking For 1 or above from a Top 50 University

What You Will Get 33,000 base salary
OTE £45,000+ in Year 1 (uncapped bonus structure)
