£30k base salary

2 annual bonuses taking you to £40k OTE

The Role – Legal Executive Search Consultant

Conducting research and developing in-depth industry knowledge through market mapping individuals and companies in the core markets

Building and maintaining great relationships with your clients

Creating a strong network of senior talent and being able to identify their strengths

Preparing client reports presenting to your senior team

Supporting colleagues with their mandates and completing business development as and when it is necessary

The Ideal Candidate – Legal Executive Search Consultant

Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline

Confident and happy to interact with top-level legal professions

Consultative mindset and commercially aware

Being fluent in any European language is highly beneficial yet not essential

Inquisitive and wanting to become an expert in your niche

Team player
