TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Become a specialist head hunter within the finance space, focusing on Asset Management and Hedge Funds
Build your network and be well-known to the best C-Suite professionals in the space
F2F meetings are incredibly valuable – meet them for coffee, lunch, drinks – and create strong relationships with your clients
Earn over £50k in your first year and become a top biller
Be someone junior recruiters look up to, guiding them to success by showing your tips and tricks
Market map, cold call, advertise, network – this is a sales role, you will need to bring out your salesy side and be resilient
The Incentives – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£28k base salary with an increase to £32k after promotion
35% commission salary with no threshold
OTE earnings in your first year of £50k+

The Person We Want – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group University
Minimum BBB at A-Levels
Sales experience preferred – B2B, B2C, cold calling
