The Role
As an executive search consultant, you will work closely with experienced partners to deliver senior-level search assignments across multiple industries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed market mapping and competitor research
- Identifying and engaging exceptional executive talent
- Building long-term relationships with senior leaders and C-suite professionals
- Managing confidential search projects from briefing through to completion
- Producing market intelligence and candidate reports for clients
- Developing into a trusted advisor capable of influencing hiring decisions at board level

The Ideal Candidate
