The Role: Executive Search Consultant

As a Trainee Executive Search Consultant, you'll support high-level search mandates while developing expertise in talent mapping, research, and client engagement within sectors such as investment banking and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market mapping and analyse senior talent trends
  • Deliver in-depth research, competitor insights, and candidate reports
  • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates
  • Support client meetings and contribute to C-suite hiring decisions
  • Develop sector expertise in investment banking and related industries
  • Assist with business development and client growth initiatives
