Our client is a leading executive search and leadership advisory firm, partnering with boards and senior executives to appoint top talent into roles such as CEO, Chair, and CHRO. The Role: Executive Search Consultant
As a Trainee Executive Search Consultant, you'll support high-level search mandates while developing expertise in talent mapping, research, and client engagement within sectors such as investment banking and financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market mapping and analyse senior talent trends
- Deliver in-depth research, competitor insights, and candidate reports
- Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates
- Support client meetings and contribute to C-suite hiring decisions
- Develop sector expertise in investment banking and related industries
- Assist with business development and client growth initiatives
