I am exclusively working with a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the finance sector, and they are looking to bring 2 graduate recruiters on board! Build your professional network and form relationships with impressive individuals across the hedge fund and investment banking space.
This is a unique opportunity to receive one-on-one mentorship directly from the founder, who is a £1 million + biller year-on-year! If you are ambitious, driven, and looking for a career with fast, merit-based progression, this could be the perfect fit for you.

- Base salary = £28k (OTE £50k in your first year)
- Commission structure that goes up to 40% with NO threshold
- 1 day WFH and early finish Fridays

What the role entails:
- Map the market and headhunt top candidates
- Network with top-tier clients and win new business!
- Build your own portfolio of clients and candidates
- Manage the end-to-end interview process
- Contract/salary negotiation
What you need:
- A degree from a Top 50 university
- Commercial work experience, sales is a bonus!
- Great work ethic and driven to succeed
- Ambitious and money-motivated
- Competitive nature, ideally have played sports growing up
- UK right to work, as no sponsorship is given
