I am exclusively working with a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the finance sector, and they are looking to bring 2 graduate recruiters on board!
Build your professional network and form relationships with impressive individuals across the hedge fund and investment banking space.
- Base salary = £28k (OTE £50k in your first year)
- Commission structure that goes up to 40% with NO threshold
- 1 day WFH and early finish Fridays
- Dedicated Learning & Development professional that comes in monthly
- Monthly budget for socials including pub trips, padel and go-karting
- International reward trips: previous locations include Mykonos and Barbados!
Map the market and headhunt top candidates. Network with top-tier clients and win new business!
- A degree from a Top 50 university
- Commercial work experience, sales is a bonus!
