- 28k base salary, increasing to 32k after promotion
- 40% commission structure on top of base
- OTE in Year 1 45k
- One-on-one training by the Managing Director
- Fast progression promotion within 6 months pay rise and more commission!
- Holiday incentives 3x a year Skiing, Marbella and New York
- 28 days paid holiday a year + bank holidays + birthday
