The Client - Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Our client is dominating the US tech space, becoming renowned in the industry for placing the top tech professionals into companies they'll stay within for the rest of their career. As the US market has significantly higher salaries than the UK, you will be gaining a large amount of commission from the placements you make. With their average deal size exceeding £200k, and their commission structure going up to 50%, there is a lot of money to be made in this industry. This company already has offices in London, Boston and Frankfurt, but is looking to expand further to create a New York office. This is a great opportunity to be a part of, don't miss out!

The Incentives

  • Graduate Recruitment Consultant
  • £28k base salary with an increase to £32k after promotion
  • 50% commission structure with no threshold
  • OTE Year 1: £50k; Year 2: £80k+
  • Promotion is target based; most hit it within 6 months
  • One-on-one training from the Founders and the MDs
  • 30 days paid holiday + birthday + bank holidays
  • Working hours: 8:30am-6:30pm
  • Holiday incentives: 2x a year (Ski trip and Marbella)
  • Pet friendly office
  • WFH 1-2 days a week depending on level of experience
  • 10-day office closure over Christmas
  • Team socials every month if you hit your target (Ascot, Winter Wonderland, Michelin Star Restaurants)

What you need to qualify - Graduate Recruitment Consultant

  • Degree educated from a top 50 university obtaining a 2:1 or above
  • Sports background, whether that's individual or in a team
  • Strong A-Levels: Grade B and above
  • A good work ethic, willing to put in the effort to succeed at the job
  • A real and solid financial motivation; a backstory to why you want to earn good money

The Job Role - Graduate Recruitment Consultant

  • Mapping the market you work within so you can give clients the best advice on trends and their competitors
  • Negotiating with clients and offering your expertise
  • Sourcing the candidate they are looking for via cold calling, headhunting and networking
  • Organising interviews for your candidate and helping them succeed in them
  • Sorting the contract after their offer
