Working within Private Equity and Investment Banking, the financial services is one of the most lucrative markets in the recruitment world, and they are thriving at the moment! To be the best, you have to learn from the best and who better to learn from other than the Director and Managing Director of the company? You can join with 2 other graduates, bouncing off of each other's achievements and guiding one another to success.

The Incentives to the Company:

  • £30k base salary with an increase to £35k once promoted
  • OTE in year 1 of £50k!
  • Guidance throughout and 1-on-1 support from the beginning
  • Promotion tends to be within 6 months
  • 40% commission structure with no threshold
  • 28 days paid holiday + birthdays + 5 days at Christmas off
  • WFH 1-2 days a week

  • Smart: 2:1 or above in a degree of any discipline

  • Salesy: Ideally some kind of background in sales OR someone who can prove they have a knack for sales
  • Financially driven: Will work hard to see the money come in, and not just believe it should be handed to them
  • Competitive: A sports background, OR someone who wants to work towards targets
