As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn the full recruitment lifecycle while building relationships with clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Building relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Winning new business opportunities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Interviewing and screening candidates
- Working towards sales targets and revenue goals
