Criteria We Need:- Graduate Recruitment Position
- 2:1 or above from a decent university
- Minimum BBB at A-Level
- Sports background
- Money motivated
- Competitive
- Hard working
- Ideally some sales experience
- 28k base salary, increasing to 32k after promotion
- 40% commission structure on top of base
- OTE in Year 1: 45k
- One-on-one training by the Managing Director
- Fast progression - promotion within 6 months, pay rise and more commission!
