I am exclusively partnered with one of London's leading Financial Services headhunting firms. This business works closely with senior decision-makers at leading Hedge Funds and Investment Banks across London, placing high-impact talent into front-office and strategic roles. Graduates here are realistically earning £50k in their first year on top of a competitive base salary - with uncapped commission and rapid progression for top performers. Currently a close-knit team of 12 and scaling to 16 by year-end, this is a prime opportunity to join a business in its growth phase and build your reputation alongside experienced, high-billing consultants. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship directly from the Founders, who bring over 40 years of combined experience in Financial Services recruitment. What You Will Be Doing:
- Proactively headhunting top-tier talent across Financial Services
- Building and managing your own portfolio of hedge fund and investment banking clients
- Running the full recruitment lifecycle from first call to placement
- Leading offer negotiations and contract discussions
- Developing long-term relationships with senior industry professionals
