I'm exclusively partnered with a high-growth boutique recruitment agency in London that's smashing targets and doubling revenue year-on-year. Due to overwhelming demand, they're hiring driven, money-motivated graduates who want to learn fast, earn fast, and build a serious career in recruitment.

You’ll be recruiting top professionals across the creative, design, production & digital space. No creative background needed - just curiosity, confidence, and a strong work ethic.
The Day-to-Day:
- Headhunting top creative & digital talent
- Market mapping and industry research
- Building long-term client and candidate relationships
- Managing interview processes and negotiating offers
- Closing deals and earning uncapped commission
