I am exclusively working with a boutique recruitment agency looking to bring on driven, hard-working and enthusiastic grads. They have a very busy workload and want energetic new recruits who want to learn quick and earn quick. You will be recruiting individuals for the creative, design, production, and digital sector. Creative background not necessary, just an interest and willingness to learn. This company is doubling their revenue year-on-year, and is looking to grow the team to meet the demand!
A candidate we placed with this agency 3 months ago has already hit their targets and been promoted to consultant, and the founder is looking to repeat this same success with two more grads!
Key responsibilities:- Market mapping and industry research
- Sourcing and engaging top technology talent
- Building and maintaining long-term client AND candidate relationships
- Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
- Managing interview processes and negotiating offers
- Closing deals and earning commission
- £28k starting salary, going up to £32k once promoted
- Direct route to manager within 2 years
- Commission structure with no threshold: earn money for every candidate you place
- One-on-one training with the founder: the whole team are billing 6-figures
- 25 days holiday on top of bank holidays
- Flexi-working: up to 3 days WFH and early finish Fridays
