Our client is a leading recruitment firm focusing on the financial services, specifically Private Equity and Corporate Finance. They are looking for 4 ambitious graduates to join their team in January. With a brilliant hands-on training program by the Managing Directors, you will learn from the best recruiters in the space. People stay and work their way up through the company, with their top biller beginning as a grad, and is now doing a £2 million deal.
The Incentives:
- OTE of 45k+ in your first year
- Base salary of 28k with a commission structure of 40% with no threshold
- Potential to manage your own team by year 2
- One on one training from top billers and directors
- Opportunities to travel to the US on business trips
- Holiday incentive twice a year to places such as Paris, Morocco, Greece and the Alps

- WFH 1-2 days a week once promoted

The Role:
You will be building relationships and gaining the trust of your clients and candidates. This is done through multiple in-depth conversations, to not only have a bond, but also to understand them and what they are looking for. You will be cold calling, head hunting, advertising and analysing data to find the right candidate for your client. As it is a sales-based role, you will need to sell your expertise to your client and candidate, convincing them that you are the best person to work with to beat the competition in the industry. You will oversee and help your candidate through the interview process, giving advice on the best answers to those difficult interview questions.
What you need to qualify:
- Degree educated from a top 50 university obtaining a 2:1 or above
- Sports background whether that's individual or in a team
- Strong A-Levels Grade B and above
- A good work ethic willing to put in the effort to succeed at the job
- A real and solid financial motivation a backstory to why you want to earn good money
