On the hunt for a hardworking, results-driven and financially motivated individual to join our team! The company is based in Central London, with offices in Bristol, New York, and Sydney. We are currently onboarding 5x Trainee Recruitment Consultants who are looking to get their foot in the door of this incredibly lucrative sector, specialising in the FinTech sector and working with clients such as Wise, Checkout.com, and Revolut.
You will be trained and mentored by individuals who are regular £1 million billers, and they will teach you all the tricks of the trade, whilst exposing you to senior figures within the industry. A 12-week training program is provided to allow you to develop all the necessary skills to facilitate your movement through the ranks of the company. A company that believes learning never stops, which is why you will have a senior individual designated to you at the beginning to help with any issues or worries you may have.
Benefits:
- £28k base salary which is increased to £30k after 6 months
- OTE in year one of £65k+

The role: This involves managing the full recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement:
- Bringing on active roles: Actively seeking out new client relationships, pitching the services you can provide, understanding their hiring needs and building that long-term partnership. This involves networking, cold calling etc.
- Candidate sourcing and screening: Sourcing candidates through various methods, including database searches, networking, referrals and direct approaches. Assessing candidate suitability by conducting interviews, reviewing resumes and evaluating skills/experience against job requirements.
- Offer negotiation and placement: Acting as an intermediary between client and candidates, facilitating offer negotiations, discussing salary expectations and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Market research and industry insights: Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Job advertisement and promotion: Creating job advertisements tailored to attract suitable candidates. Utilising various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to promote job opportunities and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
