As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with talented tech professionals, connecting them with top clients across the UK Tech space, including Hello Fresh & Rightmove! Through ongoing research and learning about market trends, you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to become an expert in this sector.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Mapping the market
- Sourcing and engaging with top talent
- Negotiating offers
- Building strong, lasting relationships
Another key aspect of the role is to collaborate with clients in order to understand their hiring needs and identify their ideal candidates. From day one, you will be in a hands-on and dynamic environment to develop your skills, grow your confidence, and close deals that earn you commission!
