Rule Recruitment are a specialist recruitment-to-recruitment (Rec2Rec) consultancy based in Wimbledon. We partner with high-growth recruitment agencies across the UK, placing ambitious graduates and experienced consultants into long-term, high-earning careers.
Due to continued growth, we are hiring driven graduates to join our team as Recruitment Consultants, focusing on placing recruiters into recruitment agencies and search firms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Headhunting and identifying high-potential recruitment consultants
- Building relationships with recruitment agencies looking to hire
- Managing interview processes from initial briefing to offer stage
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Developing long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates
We want hungry, ambitious people that will come in and be leaders in the business within the next couple of years. If you have a track record of competitiveness, strong social skills and a big personality we want you.
We can offer a lucrative commission structure up to 40% with no threshold. 1-2 days WFH per week & reduced hours on Fridays. Monthly company funded socials, incentive holidays, and Summer & Christmas parties. Real autonomy from day 1.
