We are exclusively partnered with a specialist search firm thats expanding from 15 to 20 consultants. This is your opportunity to work alongside some of the most successful professionals in the industry; consultants who each generate over £1 million in annual business.
You will receive direct mentorship from the founding directors, who share 50 years of combined experience, developing your expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Financial Services landscape. This foundation will enable you to confidently advise clients and headhunt elite professionals across the UK, Europe, and the USA.
The Benefits: Executive Search Consultant
- £30,000 base salary
- Discretionary bonuses: OTE £45,000+ in Year 1

The Role: Executive Search Consultant
- Market Research: Analyse industry trends, target markets, and competitor strategies to provide valuable insights to clients.

- Candidate Sourcing: Use databases, professional networks, referrals, and proactive outreach to identify and engage top-level talent.
- Client Reporting: Deliver detailed market maps, curated candidate shortlists, and regular progress updates throughout each search assignment.
