We are exclusively partnered with a specialist search firm that is expanding from 15 to 20 consultants. This is your opportunity to work alongside some of the most successful professionals in the industry; consultants who each generate over £1 million in annual business. You will receive direct mentorship from the founding directors, who share 50 years of combined experience, developing your expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Financial Services landscape. This foundation will enable you to confidently advise clients and headhunt elite professionals across the UK, Europe, and the USA.

- £35,000 base salary

The Role:
- Market Research: Analyse industry trends, target markets, and competitor strategies to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Market Mapping: Conduct deep research to identify key organisations, structures, and talent pools within the Financial Services space.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use databases, professional networks, referrals, and proactive outreach to identify and engage top-level talent.
- Client Reporting: Deliver detailed market maps, curated candidate shortlists, and regular progress updates throughout each search assignment.
